Ingredients:
- 7 cups of milk
- 100gm roasted vermicelli
- Few strands saffron
- 2 tbsps Ghee
- ½ tsp green cardamom powder
- 1 cup ripe mango pulp
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp blanched mix nuts, finely chopped
- 5-6 pcs of boiled dates
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
Method:
- 1. Boil milk until it reduces to three-fourth of its volume.
- 2. Heat some ghee in a pan, add vermicelli and stir gently.
- 3. Add reduced milk, mango pulp, dates and stir it well.
- 4. Finally, mix in all the remaining ingredients and stir well.
- 5. Garnish the dish with caramelized golden sugar. Serve chilled.
