Ingredients:

red chili and bay leaves
Preparation:
At first blend the poppy seed with green chili , coriander leaves and 2 cloves of garlic ,then marinate the chicken with this mixture and left the marinated chicken for 30-40 min.
After that boil the 2 pieces of big Onion,1inch of ginger a whole garlic (medium size)& a tomato (medium size). After boiling blend them and prepare the mixture & blend 5-6 green chili.
After the marination of chicken fry the chicken in pan as a form of roast then add 3 table spoon ghee and 150gm oil heat them add bay leaves and green chili and added the boiling mixture frying the mixture hold this till oil is releasing then add the roasted chicken and green chili paste and garam masala and salt and sugar as per taste . Then add water as per required.cook them until chicken is boiled properly after this add 2 table spoon ghee to this .
Special notes/Tips: Chicken marination should be done properly and boiled the onion,ginger , garlic and tomato then blend them .add ghee it enhance then flavor also taste.
