Yogurt Cucumber Chia Seeds Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup low fat yogurt

1 cup cucumber, cut roughly

1 tsp lime juice

1 tbsp honey

Pinch of black pepper

4-5 mint leaves

Ice cubes (optional)

1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked

 

Method:

  1. Combine everything in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Serve topped with 1 tbsp of chia seeds.
