Watermelon Lemonade with Basil seeds

2 tbsps Basil Seeds/ Sabja
1 Cup Watermelon, diced
2 tbsps Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Sugar Syrup
¼ tsp Black Salt
Salt, to taste
Few Mint Leaves
200 ml Fresh Watermelon Juice
200 ml Soda, chilled

1. Soak basil seeds in water for 5 mins.
2. In a jug, combine watermelon, lemon juice, sugar syrup, black salt, salt, few mint leaves and muddle well using a muddler.
3. Now portion out this mixture into serving glasses and top up with chilled watermelon juice & soda.
4. Strain the water from basil seeds and add a spoonful to the glasses.
Garnish with mint leaves and watermelon. Serve immediately.
