Thalipeeth

Ingredients

2 cup Bhajani flour , भजनी का आटा

1 Onion, finely chopped, प्याज

1 tsp  Ginger, chopped , अदरक

2 Green Chilli, finely chopped, हरी मिर्च

½ tsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर

½ tsp Cumin Powder , जीरा पाउडर

¼ tsp Turmeric  Powder, हल्दी पाउडर

2 tsp  Sesame Seeds , तिल

¼ tsp Carom Seeds, अजवाइन

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, लाल मिर्च पाउडर

2 tbsp Coriander, finely chopped, धनिया

½ tsp Salt To Taste, नमक स्वादानुसार

1 cup Hot Water, to knead, गरम पानी

Oil for Roasting, तेल

 

Process

  • In a mixing bowl, add bhajani flour, ginger garlic paste, green chilli mix well. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, carom seeds, sesame seeds, red chilli powder  and mix well.
  • Add coriander, onion, salt to taste and mix well.
  • Mix well to make sure everything is combined well.
  • Now, add water as required and knead a dough.
  • Now take a small ball of dough and start patting over oiled paper.
  • Gently drop the thalipeeth without breaking on hot griddle.
  • Brush some oil over the thalipeeth.
  • Cover and cook from both the side nicely golden brown on medium flame.
  • Serve hot thalipeeth with pickle, curd.
