Tadgola, Cucumber & Lemongrass Sherbat

¼ Cup Sugar

½ Cup Water

1 Lemongrass, sliced

4 Tadgolas, peeled

1 Medium Cucumber

¼ tsp Black Salt  

Rock Salt, to taste


For Garnish

½ Tadgola, chopped


  1. Heat water in a pan, add sugar and lemon grass and simmer for 8 mins. Turn off the flame and let it cool completely. remove lemongrass slices form the mixture
  2. In a blender, add 3 tadgola and cucumber with ½ cup water. Blend till fine and strain.
  3. In a jug combine juice, a tbsp lemongrass concentrate, rock salt and mix.
  4. Add chopped tadgola in the glasses and pour in the prepared juice.
