Sushi

Ingredients 

1 cup Sushi Rice

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar

½ Carrot

½ Cucumber

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar

1 Nori Sheet

Soya sauce

Wasabi

Method

  • In a bowl, add cucumber, carrot, sugar and rice wine vinegar, mix everything together and keep aside to pickle.
  • In another bowl, add rice, sugar and rice wine vinegar, mix it and keep aside.
  • Now take the mat, place nori sheet on top, spread the rice evenly all over.
  • Then line the vegetables on one corner of the sheet and then start rolling the mat slowly and steadily.
  • Once done, keep the mat aside and cut the sushi with a knife (with very soft hands).
  • Serve it with soya sauce and wasabi.
