Sitaphal Basundi

1 litre Full Fat Milk

½ Cup Sugar

1 tsp Cardamom Powder

1 Cup Sitaphal Pulp

2 tbsp nuts, chopped


  • Boil the milk in a heavy bottom pot. Put on simmer and keep stirring constantly. Making sure that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • After it has reduced and thickened, add sugar, cardamom powder.
  • Simmer for more 5-10mins. Take off the flame and add sitaphal pulp. Mix well.
  • Serve chilled. Garnish with nuts and serve.
