Sheera Semolina

½ tsp Cardamom Seeds

3 tbsp Ghee

8-10 Almonds, sliced

½ Cup Semolina

¼ Cup Sugar

1 Cup Water


  • Take mortar and pestle and powder the cardamom seeds.
  • Heat ghee in a pan. saute almonds in it and remove with a slotted spoon.
  • Add semolina and roast it for 8-10 mins. Add sugar and saute for few more minutes.
  • Add water, almonds and cardamom powder, cook till the water is evaporated and sheera is thick.
  • Serve hot.
