Raj Kachori with Sprouts

For Kachori

4 raj kachori

1 cup beans sprout

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 tomato, finely chopped

2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

1 green chilli, finely chopped

1 lime juice

For Flavoured Yogurt

1 cup greek yogurt

1 tbsp roasted cumin powder

½ tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder

½ tsp ginger powder

½ tsp dry mango powder

2 tsp sugar syrup

Salt to taste

For Garnish

Coriander sprigs
Bean sprouts
Pomegranate seeds


  • Add beans sprout, onion, tomatoes, coriander, green chillies and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well. Set aside till in use.
  • Add greek yogurt, roasted cumin powder, kashmiri lal mirch powder, ginger powder, dry mango powder, sugar syrup and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside till in use.
  • Crack open the kachori from centre, stuff in the bean sprout mixture.
  • Pour the flavoured yogurt from top.
  • Garnish with coriander sprigs, beans sprout, sev and pomegranate seeds
