Pineapple French Toast

Ingredients

6 slices Bread (स्लाइस ब्रेड)

3 tbsp Pineapple Jam (अनानास का जैम)

1 tsp Butter (मक्खन)

 

For Batter

2 tbsp Fresh Cream (मलाई)

2 tbsp Powdered Sugar (पिसी हुई चीनी)

¼ tsp Vanilla Essence (वेनिला एसेंस)

1 tbsp Refined Flour (मैदा)

¾ cup Milk (दूध)

 

For Caramelized Banana

1 tsp Butter (मक्खन)

1 small Banana – split in half (केला)

1 tsp Sugar (चीनी)

 

Other Ingredients

Orange (संतरा)

Plum (आलू बुखारा)

Pear (नाशपाती)

Pomegranate Pearls (अनार के दाने)

White Grapes (सफेद अंगूर)

Powdered Sugar (पिसी हुई चीनी)

Mint Leaves (पुदीने के पत्ते)

 

Process

  • Firstly apply the pineapple jam to the bread slice and then place the other slice on it making it into a sandwich. Keep aside for further use.

 

For Batter

  • In a bowl add fresh cream, powdered sugar vanilla essence, refined flour, milk and mix everything properly into a semi liquid consistency.

 

For Frying Pineapple French Toast

  • Let the butter heat on a flat pan.
  • Meanwhile dip the bread sandwich in the batter and place it on the pan.
  • Cook it on low heat until light golden(Or can make it golden brown and crispy as per your liking).
  • Remove on a plate and serve it warm with caramelized banana, fresh fruits (orange,plum, pear, pomegranate pearls, white grape,etc) and garnish it with powdered sugar, mint leaves.

 

For Caramelized Banana

  • Cut a small banana in half lengthwise with skin and sprinkle some sugar on it.
  • Then place it on a hot flat pan with some butter in it.
  • Let it caramelize properly from both sides. Keep aside for further use.
