Paneer Veg Kebab

Ingredients

  • 250 gms, paneer, grated
  • 1/2 cups, potatoes, boiled, mashed
  • ½ cup green peas, boiled, mashed
  • 2-3 tbsp cashew nuts, broken
  • 1 tsp, ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp green chili, chopped
  • ¼ cup, coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp, cumin seeds, roasted and crushed
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp, chaat masala
  • ¼ cup, bread crumbs
  • ½ tbsp corn flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

Process

  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients well to make a kebab mixture
  • Divide the mixture in to equal lemon sized balls
  • Shape and flatten each ball to form a patty /kabab
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry kababs on both sides until golden brown and crisp
  • Take them off the heat
  • Serve these paneer veg kebab with any chutney or sauce of your choice
