Paneer Burger

Ingredients

For Burger Pattie

200 gm Paneer, grated , पनीर

1 medium boiled Potato, grated , आलू

1 inch Ginger, grated , अदरक

2-3 cloves Garlic, grated , लहसुन

2 fresh Green chillies, grated , हरी मिर्च

Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार

1 tsp Pav bhaji masala , पाव भाजी मसाला

2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिया पत्ता

2 Cheese slices , चीज स्लाइस

2 tbsp fresh Bread crumbs , ताजे ब्रेड क्रंब्स

½ tsp Sugar , चीनी

1 tsp Mayonnaise , मायोनिज

 

For Garlic Chutney Mayonnaise

1 tsp soaked Red chilli & Garlic paste , भीगी हुई लाल मिर्च और लहसुन का पेस्ट

¼ cup Mayonnaise , मायोनिज

 

For Coating

½ cup Gram flour , बेसन

Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार

Water , पानी

6-8 Curry leaves, chopped , कड़ी पत्ता

1 cup fresh Bread crumbs , ताजे ब्रेड क्रंब्स

 

For Toasting Buns

1 tbsp Butter , मक्खन

½ tsp Pav bhaji masala , पाव भाजी मसाला

2 Burger Buns , बर्गर बन

 

For Fresh Salad

2 fresh Green chillies, chopped , हरी मिर्च

1 medium Onion, chopped , प्याज

2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिया पत्ता

Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार

½ medium Lemon juice , नींबू का रस

 

Other Ingredients

Oil for frying , तेल तलने के लिए

French Fries , फ्रेंच फ्राइज

Sliced Cucumber , कटा हुआ ककड़ी

Green chutney , हरी चटनी

Cheese slice , चीज स्लाइस

Sliced Tomato , कटा हुआ टमाटर

 

Process

For Burger Pattie

  • In a large bowl, add grated paneer, potato, ginger, garlic, green chilli.
  • Add salt to taste, pav bhaji masala and mix it well.
  • Add coriander leaves, cheese slice, bread crumb, sugar, mayonnaise and mix everything well.
  • Refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and fry in hot oil from both sides until golden brown and crispy. Set aside for further use

 

For Garlic chutney Mayonnaise

  • In a bowl, add mayonnaise, red chilli & garlic paste and mix it well.
  • Keep it aside for future use.

 

For Coating

  • In a bowl, add gram flour, salt to taste, water, curry leaves mix it well.
  • Make a thick consistency batter.

 

For Toasted Buns

  • In a pan, add butter, once it’s melted add pav bhaji masala toast the burger buns from both the sides properly.

 

For Fresh Salad

  • In a bowl, add green chilli, onion, coriander leaves, salt to taste, lemon juice mix everything well and keep it aside for future use.

 

For Assembling

  • On a serving plate place the french fries then the toasted bottom bun and spread the garlic chutney mayonnaise on it.
  • Now place sliced cucumber, fresh salad, then the fried pattie add some more salad, green chutney, cheese slice, sliced tomato then place the top bun and secure it using a toothpick and its ready to serve.
