Muli Aur Methi Ka Salad

For Dressing

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Oil

1 tsp Green Chilies, finely chopped

½ tsp Chaat Masala

Salt, to taste

For Salad

1 Small bunch Samudri methi leaves/Fenugreek leaves

2 Small Radish with leaves

1 Large Tomato

1 Large Onion

2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts

For Tempering

1 tbsp Peanut oil

4-5 Large Garlic Cloves, smashed



  • For dressing, in a bowl take lemon juice and add oil in a thin stream while whisking. To this add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Keep aside.
  • Now roughly chop methi leaves and radish leaves. Dice the radish, tomato and onion.
  • Combine all the vegetables and add the dressing and mix well.
  • Now heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic till golden. Add peanuts and pour this hot tempering on the salad and serve.
