Ingredients

For Bandel Cheese Sabji

1 tbsp Ghee, घी

1 tbsp Oil, तेल

½ tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा

Prepared Ginger Garlic Paste, तैयार किया हुआ अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट

2 large Onions, finely chopped, प्याज

1 tbsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर

½ tbsp Degi red chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

¼ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर

1 cup fresh Tomato puree, ताज़े टमाटर की प्यूरी

¼ cup Water, पानी

Sauteed Vegetables, सब्जियाँ

Little Water, पानी

6-7 French beans, roughly chopped, फ्रेंच बींस

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

2 processed Cheese square, cut into small cube, चीज

⅓ cup Water, पानी

5-6 Smoked bandel cheese, cut into quarter, स्मोक्ड बैंडेल चीज

1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता

 

For Sauteing Vegetables

1 ½ tbsp Ghee, घी

2 medium size Carrot, peeled, dice, गाजर

½ cup Mushroom, cut into half, मशरूम

¼ cup fresh Green peas, हरी मटर

 

For Ginger Garlic Paste

1 inch Ginger, peeled, slice, अदरक

2 Green chillies, cut into half, हरी मिर्च

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

4-5 Garlic cloves, लहसुन

 

For Garnish

Pizza cheese blend, चीज

Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता

Process

For Ginger Garlic Green Chili Paste

  • In a mortar pestle add ginger, green chili, salt to taste and garlic.
  • Crush it into a coarse paste and keep it aside for further use.

 

For Sauteing vegetables

  • In a saucepan add ghee. Once it gets hot add carrot, mushroom. Saute it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now, add green peas. Mix everything well and keep aside for further use.

 

For Bandel Cheese Sabji

  • In a saucepan add the oil. Once it gets hot add cumin, prepared ginger garlic paste and saute it for 5-10 seconds.
  • Now, add onion and saute until onion are translucent.
  • Now, add coriander powder, degi red chili powder, turmeric powder and saute well.
  • Now, add tomato puree and cook it for 40-50 seconds. Add water and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now, add sauteed vegetables, water, french beans and salt to taste.
  • Now, add processed cheese cubes, water and smoked bandel cheese.
  • Transfer into a serving dish garnish it with coriander sprig and serve hot with roti or rice.
