Mango Rose Falooda Recipe - Ranveer Brar


½ cup water

4 tbsp rose syrup

5 gms agar agar

1 badami mango, diced

1 badami mango, peeled in vermicelli

¼ cup sabza, soaked

¼ pistachios, blanched and peeled

¼ almonds, blanched and peeled

1 tbsp granulated sugar

¼ cup mango pulp

4 scoops vanilla ice cream

1 cup sweetened milk

Mango vermicelli, for garnish

½ cup condensed milk

Mango slice, for garnish

Mint sprig, for garnish

Salt to sprinkle

Black pepper to sprinkle


  • Heat water in a pan, add rose syrup and allow to boil. Add agar agar mix well and allow to melt.
  • Pour in a glass and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set instantly.
  • Add diced mango, sabza, pistachios, almonds, sugar, mango pulp, ice cream, 2 tbsp condensed milk.
  • Garnish with mango slice, mint sprig, salt and black pepper powder.
  • Serve immediately.
