Khatti Meethi Kiwi Chuski
- 8-10 Golden Kiwi
- 1cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 2tbsps Kiwi squash
Few ice cream sticks to prick
- Place sugar & water in a saucepan & stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves fully.
- Remove from heat & cool. Peel and make puree of Golden Kiwis in blender.
- Rub the puree through sieve to get fine pulp juice. Now combine all the ingredients and place into ice tray.
- Prick 1 stick into each cube. Freeze until ready to use. when ready pick each cube
