Ingredients

• 8-10 Golden Kiwi
• 1cup powdered sugar
• ¼ cup water
• 2tbsps Kiwi squash
  Few ice cream sticks to prick

Method

• Place sugar & water in a saucepan & stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves fully.
• Remove from heat & cool. Peel and make puree of Golden Kiwis in blender.
• Rub the puree through sieve to get fine pulp juice. Now combine all the ingredients and place into ice tray.
• Prick 1 stick into each cube. Freeze until ready to use. when ready pick each cube
