Kada Prasad

Cook: 10 minutes | Servings: 4

Ingredients

1¼ cup Ghee / घी

1 cup Wheat Flour / आटा

1 cup Sugar / चीनी

Process

  • Heat ghee in a kadhai.
  • Add wheat flour and cook till golden and aromatic.
  • Add 1 cup water and mix well.
  • Add sugar and cook through.
  • Cook till everything comes together and Prasad starts leaving ghee.
  • Serve hot.

NOTE: ALL THE INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE IN THE EQUAL PROPORTIONATE.
