Kaale Chane ka Salad

Ingredients

1 cup Black Chickpeas, sprouted,  blanched
½ cup Cherry Tomato, cut into half
¼ cup Onion, Slices
1 Green Chilli, chopped
English Cucumber, small dices
3 tbsp Coriander leaves , chopped
For Dressing

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt

1 ½ tsp Red chilli powder

½ tsp Chaat masala

Method:

  • For the salad mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • For the dressing combine all the ingredients and whisk it together to form an emulsion.
  • Now pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
  • Garnish with more chopped parsley and serve.
