Junglee Gosht

2 tbsp ghee/ olive oil

3-4 whole red chilies, broken

1-12 garlic cloves

1 inch ginger, roughly chopped

500 gms lamb, curry cut


  • In cooker add ghee and allow it to melt. Add red chilies, garlic, ginger and cook for a minute.
  • Now add lamb and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes; stir occasionally.
  • Now add 1 cup water give pressure until lamb is cooked.
  • After cooking serve hot with roti or rice.
