Jowar Puff Bars

1 ¼ cup date puree

1 cup puffed Sorghum

¼ cup walnuts, chopped

¼ cup flax seeds, toasted

¼ cup pumpkin seeds, toasted

¼ cup sunflower seeds

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

½ tsp cinnamon powder 


  • In a mixing bowl add date puree, puffed jowar, walnuts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds in a bowl.
  • Lastly add cinnamon powder.
  • Mix everything well and pour over a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the prepared mixture into an even layer with a spatula
  • Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, cut into bars and serve.
