Ingredients

For Bhaja Masala

1 tbsp Cumin Seeds (जीरा)

1 tbsp Fennel Seeds (सौंफ)

1 tsp Coriander Seeds (धनिया के बीज)

2-3 Green Cardamom (हरी इलायची)

A pinch Salt (नमक)

 

For Jhalmuri

1 cup Puffed Rice (मुरमुरा)

2 tbsp Chana Jor Garam (चना जोर गरम)

2 tbsp Sev (सेव)

1 fresh Green Chillies – chopped (हरी मिर्च)

1 tbsp White Peas – boiled (सफेद वटाना)

1 tbsp Black Chickpeas – soaked (काला चना)

2 tbsp Onion – chopped (प्याज़)

2 tbsp Tomato – chopped (टमाटर)

1 tsp Bhaja Masala (भाजा मोसला)

½ small Potato – boiled & chopped (आलू)

2 tbsp Mustard Oil from Pickle‌ (अचार से निकाला हुआ सरसों का तेल)

Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)

1 tbsp fresh Coconut – chopped (ताजा नारियल)

 

Process

For Bhaja Masala

  • Dry roast all the ingredients until fragrant and grind it into a fine powder after it’s cooled down.

 

For Jhalmuri

  • Mix all the ingredients one by one in a bowl and serve immediately.
