Instant Nachni Idli

Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 20 minutes | Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 cup ragi

1 cup semolina

½ cup maida/flour

1 green chili –chopped

1 tsp cumin seeds

10 -12 curry leaves

1 medium sized chopped onion

1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

Oil for greasing

½ cup curd whisked

Method:

  • In a Large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Let the batter rest for a while.
  • Spoon the batter into greased idli steamer and cook for 8-10 mins.
  • Remove and serve hot.
