Instant Daliya Pulav

Ingredients

1 tbsp ghee / घी

1 ½ cups wheat dalia/ दलिया

1 ½ cups water/ पानी

1 tbsp ghee/  घी

½ tsp cumin seeds/ जीरा

1 small fresh green chilli, chopped/ हरी मिर्च, कटी हुई

½ tsp ginger, sliced/ अदरक

1 medium onion, chopped/ प्याज

1 cup carrot, chopped/ गाजर

1 cup cauliflower, small florets/ पत्ता गोभी

1 cup green peas, boiled/ हरी मटर

Salt to taste/ नमक स्वादअनुसार

Water as required / आवश्यकता अनुसार पानी

Process

  • Heat ghee in kadhai and saute daliya for 2-3 minutes. Add in water, salt and cook it until daliya is cooked and get separated.
  • Meanwhile heat ghee in another pan and splutter cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger sliced and vegetables. Cook until vegetables are soft.
  • Transfer this vegetables into daliya and stir uniformly.
  • Serve hot.
