Hummus Pita Bread

For Hummus

1 Cup Chickpeas, boiled

2 tbsp Sesame Paste (Tahini)

1 tsp Garlic, chopped

1 Lemon, juiced

1 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil

Salt, to taste (not in the video)

1 tsp Cumin Powder

Black Pepper, to taste

Other Ingredients

Red Chili Powder, to sprinkle

Parsley Sprig, to garnish

Pita Bread, to serve


  • Combine all ingredients of hummus in a grinder and grind it a paste.
  • Remove in a bowl, sprinkle red chili powder and garnish with a parsley sprig.
  • Serve along with pita bread.
