Guava & Amla Punch

1 Cup Chopped Guava, de-skinned & de-seeded

2-3 tbsp Sugar Syrup

2 tbsp Aamla Concentrate

1 tsp Ginger, juice

A Pinch Red Chili Powder

¼ tsp Pinch Pink Salt

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

250 ml Club Soda, chilled


  • In a blender, combine guava, sugar and add 2 tbsp water and blend to a fine puree.
  • Now in a jug or bowl, combine guava mix, aamla concentrate, ginger, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice and mix everything well.
  • Add club soda just before serving and mix.
  • Portion out in glasses and serve.
