Healthy Fruit Custard without custard powder बिना कस्टर्ड पाउडर के कस्टर्ड

A healthy dessert that's everyone's favourite is the Fruit Custard. It's really simple to make Fruit custard at home, that too without the readymade custard powder!! So do try this Custard recipe and let me know :)

Healthy Fruit Custard without custard powder  बिना कस्टर्ड पाउडर के कस्टर्ड Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

¼ cup Water, पानी

1 tsp Vanilla Essence, वैनिला एसेन्स

Few Drops Of Yellow Colour , पीला रंग

1 tbsp Rice Flour, चावल का आटा

5 tbsp Cornstarch,  कॉर्न स्टार्च

75 gms Sugar, चीनी

1 ltr Milk, दूध

4 – 5 Strawberries ,  स्ट्रॉबेरी

1 -2 Kiwi ,  कीवी

1 whole  Apple ,  सेब

2 -3 Bananas , केले

3 tbsp Orange Juice , संतरा

¼ cup Grapes cut into half , अंगूर

For Assembling Trifle Pudding

½ cup  Vanilla sponge cake, cube, रेडीमेड वेनिला स्पंज केक

½ cup Whipped Cream,  व्हिप्पड क्रीम

1 tsp Colourful  Sprinkle

2 tbsp Rose Syrup , गुलाब का शरबत

Process

  • In a bowl, add water, vanilla essence, few drops of yellow colour and mix well.
  • Add rice flour, cornstarch and mix well.
  • Heat milk in a kadai let it boil, Add sugar and stir until it dissolve.
  • Add the custard mixture into the milk and stir well, Stir it until well incorporated.
  • Keep stirring and cook on a low to medium heat until the custard turns thick.
  • Make sure it is free from lumps. Whisk the custard well to make it smooth.
  • Transfer it into a deep tray and keep it for cooling, add butter on top of it so that there is no layer of cream . chill it in the refrigerator.
  • In a bowl, add strawberries cut into half, kiwi, apple , banana, orange juice , grapes cut into half and mix well and keep it aside.

For Assembling Trifle Pudding

  • Once the custard is completely thicken, strain the custard in a bowl add whipped cream in it and mix well.
  • In a glass, now layer cube vanilla sponge cake, chopped mix fruit and the custard mixture.
  • Garnish it with whipped cream, some chopped fruits, colourful sprinkle, cube sponge cake and rose syrup.
  • Serve the chill trifle pudding.
