Ingredients
For Vanilla Cup Cake
1 cup Refined flour, मैदा
½ tsp Baking powder, बेकिंग पाउडर
¼ tsp Baking soda, बेकिंग सोडा
A pinch of salt, नमक
200 gms “Nestlé MILKMAID” नेस्ले मिल्कमेड
½ cup Melted butter or oil, मक्खन
½ cup Water, पानी
½ tsp Vanilla extract (optional) वनीला एसेंस
¾ tbsp Lemon juice or apple vinegar, नींबू का रस
For Chocolate Cup Cake
¾ cup Refined flour, मैदा
¼ cup Cocoa powder, कोको पाउडर
A pinch of salt, नमक
½ tsp Baking powder, बेकिंग पाउडर
¼ tsp Baking soda, बेकिंग सोडा
½ cup Melted butter or oil, मक्खन
200 gms “Nestlé MILKMAID” नेस्ले मिल्कमेड
¾ tbsp Lemon juice or apple vinegar, नींबू का रस
½ tsp Vanilla extract (optional) वनीला एसेंस
½ cup Water, पानी
For Filling
1 tbsp Mango, cut into small cube, आम
1 tbsp”Nestlé MILKMAID” नेस्ले मिल्कमेड
1 tbsp Strawberry crush, स्ट्रॉबेरी क्रश
1 tbsp”Nestlé MILKMAID” नेस्ले मिल्कमेड
1 tbsp Instant coffee powder, कॉफी पाउडर
1 tbsp “Nestlé MILKMAID” नेस्ले मिल्कमेड
For Icing
1 ½ tsp Water, पानी
1 cup Icing sugar, आइसिंग शुगर
½ tsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस
For Garnish
Cup cake, crumble, कप केक
Melted chocolate, मेल्टेड चॉकलेट
Chocolate sprinklers, चॉकलेट स्प्रिंकलर
Whipped cream, विप्ड क्रीम
Process
For Vanilla Cupcake
- In a large mixing bowl, add refined flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix it well.
- Now, add milkmaid, melted butter, water, vanilla essence and lemon juice.
- Whisk smooth until there are no lumps and batter turns smooth.
- In a muffin tray, place the cupcake liners and transfer the batter to the muffin tray using a spoon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes or only until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
For Chocolate Cupcake
- In a large mixing bowl, add refined flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix it well.
- Now, add melted butter, milkmaid, lemon juice, vanilla essence and water.
- Whisk until everything is well combined.
- In a muffin tray, place the cupcake liners and transfer the batter to the muffin tray using a spoon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes or only until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
For Filling
- In three different bowls add mango, strawberry crush and instant coffee powder.
- Now, add milkmaid in each bowl. Mix everything well.
- Cut the top part of the cupcakes and scoop out the middle part with the help of a scooper or knife.
- Now, gently pour the prepared fillings in the cupcakes with the help of a spoon.
For Icing
- In a sauce pot add water, icing sugar and lemon juice.
- Whisk it well. Until the icing is smooth and thick enough.
Top the cupcakes with prepared icing
- Decorate the cupcakes with crumbled cup cake, melted chocolate, chocolate sprinkles and whipped cream.
