Egg Bhurji

Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 15 minutes | Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 cup onion, chopped

1 tbsp fresh green chilies, chopped

½ cup tomato, chopped

4 eggs

1 tsp red chili powder

½ tsp garama masala (optional)

Salt to taste

Handful of fresh corinader leaves, chopped

Process

  • Heat oil in kadhai, add onion and sauté till light broan in color. Add green chili and tomato.
  • Add red chili powder and saute until it starts leaving oil from the edges.
  • Now add eggs and saute for 4-5 minutes.
  • When bhurji is ready sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
