Ingredients

For Dry Fruit Mixture

3-4 tbsp Ghee, घी

1 ½ cups Foxnut, मखाने

200 gms Cashew Nut, काजू

200 gms Almonds, बादाम

 

Dry Fruit Barfi

Preparation time 10 minutes

Cooking time 15-20 minutes

Serve 2-4

 

Ingredients

2 tsp Ghee, घी

450 gms Mawa, मावा

1 cup Powdered Sugar, पिसी हुई चीनी

200 gms Mixed Dry Fruit Mixture, तयार किया हुआ मिक्स ड्राई फ्रूट का मिश्रण

½ tsp Cardamom powder, इलायची पाउडर

1 tsp Sugar, चीनी

 

For Garnish

Silver vark, चांदी का वर्ख

Almonds, sliver, बादाम

Pistachios (blanched & sliver) पिस्ता

 

Dryfruit Ladoo

Preparation time 10-15 minutes

Serve 2-4

 

Ingredients

200 gms Mixed Dry Fruit Mixture, तयार किया हुआ मिक्स ड्राई फ्रूट का मिश्रण

100 gms Rainins, chopped, किशमिश

A pinch of salt, नमक

¼ tsp Black peppercorns, crushed, कुटी हुई काली मिर्च

¼ tsp Dry ginger powder, सोंठ का पाउडर

 

For Garnish

Almonds, sliver, बादाम

fresh Rose petals, ताजे गुलाब की पंखुड़ियाँ

 

Dry Fruit Halwa

Preparation time 10 minutes

Cooking time 15-20 minutes

Serve 2

 

Ingredients

¼ tsp Saffron strands, केसर

1 cup Water, पानी

¾ cup Sugar, चीनी

200 gms Mixed Dry Fruit Mixture, तयार किया हुआ मिक्स ड्राई फ्रूट का मिश्रण

 

For Garnish

Pistachios (blanched & sliver) पिस्ता

Almonds, sliver, बादाम

Saffron strands, केसर

Process

For Dry fruit Mixture

  • In a kadai or shallow pan, add the, once it’s hot, add TATA SAMPANN foxnuts and roast them for a while or until it’s crispy.
  • Transfer it to a parat or bowl and keep it aside for further use.
  • In the same pan or kadai, add ghee, once it’s hot, add TATA SAMPANN cashew nuts, almonds and roast it well until golden in color.
  • Transfer it to the same bowl and keep it aside to cool down at room temperature.
  • Transfer the dry fruits to a mixer grinder jar and grind it coarsely.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Dry fruit Barfi

  • In the same kadai, add ghee, once it’s hot, add mawa and saute it well.
  • Add powdered sugar and cook it for 7-8 minutes or until it reduces the moisture.
  • Add mixed dry fruit mixture, cardamom powder and mix it well.
  • Add sugar and mix well, transfer the mixture to the tray and keep it aside for 2-3 hours to cool down at room temperature.
  • Demold the mixture and cut into desired shape.
  • Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with silver vark, almonds and pistachios.

 

For Dry Fruit Ladoo

  • In a bowl or parat, add mixed dry fruit mixture, TATA SAMPANN raisins, a pinch of salt, black peppercorns, dry ginger powder and mix it well.
  • Divide the mixture into the small lemon size balls and give it a desired shape.
  • Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with almonds and fresh rose petals.

 

For Dry Fruit Halwa

  • In the same kadai, add kesar, water and give it a quick boil.
  • Add sugar and let it boil until sugar dissolves.
  • Add mixed dry fruit mixture and cook until desired consistency.
  • Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish it with pistachios, almonds and saffron strands.
  • Serve hot.
