Donut

Ingredients

½ cup Milk, warm, दूध

1 tsp Sugar, चीनी

1 tsp Dry Yeast,

2 cups All Purpose Flour, मैदा

2 tbsp Butter, at room temperature, मक्खन

Pinch of Salt, नमक

½ cup Water, or as required, पानी

Oil to Grease & deep fry, तेल

1 cup Chocolate, melted, चॉकलेट

1 cup Cinnamon & Castor Sugar mixture

 

Process

  • In a bowl, firstly activate yeast by adding milk and sugar.
  • Now add all-purpose flour, baking powder, butter and salt.
  • Combine and knead to smooth dough adding water as required.
  • Grease, cover and rest for 1-2 hours.
  • Punch the dough and roll slightly thick using rolling pin.
  • Now with the help of donut cutter, cut round.
  • Allow to rest in warm place for 2 hours.
  • Deep fry in medium hot oil to golden brown.
  • Dip the doughnuts in melted chocolate and serve chocolate donuts.
