8-10 Rava Puris
1 Medium Potato, boiled & mashed
½ Cup Curd, whisked
1 Small Tomato, chopped
1 Small Onion, chopped
¼ Cup Khajur Imli Chutney
½ Cup Sev
2 tsp Chaat Masala
Fresh Coriander, chopped
- Arrange rava puris on a plate. Stuff each puri with potato mash.
- Put a spoonful of curd in each puri along with tomato and onion.
- Pour some khajur imli chutney for tangy taste.
- Top it off with sev, chaat masala, some more curd and chopped coriander.
- Serve immediately.
