50 gms Poha
100 gms curd
50 gms Jaggery powder/ sugar
1 tbsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp milk
- Wash poha under running water, and let it soak the water and become soft.
- Now in a bowl, whisk in curd and jaggery powder/sugar.
- Add cardamom powder to it.
- Add the soaked poha and mix well.
- Refrigerate it, let it get cooled for a while.
- While serving garnish with pomegranate seeds and sprinle jaggery powder on top. Serve chilled.
