Dahi Poha

Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 10 minutes | Servings: 4 people


50 gms Poha

100 gms curd

50 gms Jaggery powder/ sugar

1 tbsp cardamom powder

2 tbsp milk

1 pomegranate


  • Wash poha under running water, and let it soak the water and become soft.
  • Now in a bowl, whisk in curd and jaggery powder/sugar.
  • Add cardamom powder to it.
  • Add the soaked poha and mix well.
  • Refrigerate it, let it get cooled for a while.
  • While serving garnish with pomegranate seeds and sprinle jaggery powder on top. Serve chilled.
