Cucumber & Tomato Kachumber

Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 20 minutes | Servings: 2

Ingredients:

2 medium sized tomatoes, diced

1 medium sized onion, diced

1 cucumber, peeled and cut into dices

1 green chilli, finely chopped

2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped

Salt to taste

A pinch of Crushed Black pepper

½ juice of lime

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Adjust the seasoning and serve chilled or at room temperature.
