Corn Cheese Balls
1 cup sweet corn, boiled and finely chopped
1 cup potato, boiled, grated
¼ cup processed cheese, grated
1 tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
¼ cup refined flour
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp mixed italian seasoning/ dried oregano/fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
- In mixing bowl add chopped sweetcorns, grated potato, processed cheese, refined flour, red chilli powder, italian herbs, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
- Make lemon size balls and keep aside. Roll it into refined flour and coat evenly.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour and remove onto kitchen absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
