Chocolate Spring Rolls

Ingredients

Spring roll sheets/ सरिंग रोल शीट

For the filling

¾ Cup mawa/ मावा

½  cup powdered sugar/  पिसी चीनी

1 tbsp Ghee/ घी

5-6 almonds, chopped/ बादाम

5-6 cashew nuts, chopped/ काजू

10 -11 pistachios, chopped/ पिस्

2 tbsp Grated dark chocolate/ डार्क चोक्लेट

Deep Fry Till Golen Brown /  सुन्हेरा भरा होने तक पकाए

Other Ingredients

Ghee or Oil, for frying/

Method

  • To make the filling, heat ghee in a pan and add all the nuts. Sauté till golden in colour. Turn off the flame and keep aside.
  • Heat mawa in the same pan and add powdered sugar to it. Cook for 4 mins or till it melts.  Turn off the flame.
  • In the pan combine mawa, roasted nuts and grated dark chocolate. Mix well.
  • Take spring roll sheet and stuff with mawa mixture. Fold it like spring roll with the help of maida batter to seal it’s edges and and cover with damp cloth.
  • Heat oil in a kadai for frying, fry the spring roll till golden brown and remove on absorbent paper to drain off the excess oil.
  • Serve hot.
