Chinese Bhel

For Fried Noodles

2 Cups Boiled Noodles

½ Cup Refined Flour

Oil, for deep frying

For Assembling

½ Cup Green Capsicum, julienne

½ Cup Carrot, julienne

1Cup Cabbage, shredded

¼ Cup Schezwan Sauce

1 tbsp Red Chili Sauce

¼ Cup Spring Onion, chopped

For Garnish

¼ Cup Spring Onion, chopped


  • Take boiled noodles in a mixing bowl and add refined flour, toss everything well.
  • Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry the noodles on medium high flame till golden brown. Remove on absorbent paper and drain off the excess oil.
  • For assembling combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Now add fried noodles and toss everything well.
  • Remove on serving plate and garnish with spring onion.
  • Serve immediately.
