Chilli Chicken

1 tbsp oil

½ cup onion petals

½ cup red bell pepper

½ cup green bell pepper

500 gms chicken breast, diced

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tbsp chilli paste

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp sugar

1 cup water

3-4 green chillies, chopped

1 tsp corn starch syrup

Spring onion 


  • Heat oil in a wok, add onions, bell peppers and chicken, sauté for a minute.
  • Add soya sauce and toss well.
  • Add chilli paste, vinegar, sugar and water, mix well to incorporate everything.
  • Now add green chillies and corn starch syrup, mix well and cook through.
  • Garnish with spring onion.
  • Serve hot.
