Chicken & Raw Banana Burger

Ingredients

For Patti

300 gma chicken kheema/ minced chicken

1 cup raw banana, cooked

¼ cup breadcrumbs

½ tsp chili powder

¼ tsp garam masala

salt to taste

1 tbsp ginger, garlic and green chili, chopped

1 tbsp oil to shallow fry

Assemble

Each pieace Onion, tomatoes sliced

2-3 buns cut into half

Process

  • In mixing bowl add mince chicken, cooked raw banana, breadcrumbs, green chili, ginger, garlic, onion, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
  • Transfer the prepared mixture to a bowl and shape into burger tikkis.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Shallow fry them from both the sides till golden brown and crisp. Make sure keep the flame low and cover the pan.
  • Assemble the onions and tomato in the burger bun, add the burger tikka and serve immediately.
