Chicken Lollipop

10-12 Chicken wings/ चिकन विनग्स
For stuffing
¾ cup Bread crumb/ ब्रेड का चुरा
1 tbsp Red chilli paste/ लाल मिर्ची का पेस्ट
¾ cup Processed cheese/ चीज़
For Chicken Marinade
1 Egg/ अंडा
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste/ अदरक और लहसुन का पेस्ट
½ tsp white pepper powder/ सफ़ेद मिर्च
Batter for Coating
2 tbsp Cornstarch/ कोर्न्स्टार्च
3-4 tbsp Refined flour/ Maida/ मैदा
1 tsp Red chilli powder/ लाल मिर्ची पाउडर
1 tsp Garam masala/ गरम मसाला
1 tbsp Oil/ तेल
Salt to taste/ नमक
For Season Flour Coating
½ cup Refined flour/ Maida/ मैदा
1 tsp White pepper powder/ सफ़ेद मिर्ची का पाउडर
2 tbsp Cornstarch/ कोर्न्स्टार्च
Salt to taste/ नमक
Oil for frying/ तलने के लिए तेल
Process
- Firstly take 10-12 chicken wings and trim the bones and pull the meat towards down so that’s you get a pocket.
- In a mixing bowl add Bread crumbs, Red chilli paste, Processed cheese and mix well.
- Fill the chicken wings pocket with the stuffing in it.
- In a mixing bowl add Egg, ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder and mix it well and marinate the stuffed chicken and keep it aside for 20- 25 minutes.
- To the same remaining marinade mixture, add corn starch, refined flour, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and oil mix it well and make a batter out of it.
- To prepare a seasoning flour, In an another mixing bowl add Refined flour, white pepper, cornstarch and salt to taste and mix well.
- Now roll the stuffed chicken into the seasoned flour first, coat evenly and then into the batter.
- Take a deep kadai for frying. Once the oil is heated on medium flame, fry the chicken lollipops until it gets golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce.
