Ceviche

Ingredients 

6-8 water chestnuts, peeled and sliced

1 tadgola fruit, peeled and sliced

1 tomato, cut in cubes

½ tsp chilli flakes

¼ cup cucumber, cut in cubes

1-2 green chillies, finely chopped

Sea salt to taste

1 tbsp coconut milk

1 tbsp coriander leaves, torn

1 tsp lemon juice

2-3 pieces of lemon rind, finely chopped

½ tsp oil

Garnish with spring onion shavings

Method

  • Take a bowl, add all the ingredients, mix well.
  • Garnish with spring onion shavings.
