Butter Chicken balls

30-35 minutes
Prep: 10-15 minutes | Cook: 20-25 minutes | Servings: 2-4

Ingredients

For Sauce

1 large Onion, chopped,  प्याज

2 medium size Tomato, chopped, टमाटर

1 tbsp Butter,  मक्खन

1 tsp Oi, तेल

½ inch Ginger, chopped, अदरक

2 no Green chilli, chopped,  हरी मिर्च, कटी हुई

Salt to taste,  नमक स्वादअनुसार

1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

¼ tsp Turmeric powder,  हल्दी पाउडर

1 tsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर

Water as required, पानी

¼ tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves, crushed,  कसूरी मेथी

1 tbsp Cashew Nut, chopped, काजू

1 heaped tbsp Tomato ketchup, टोमेटो केचप

1 tbsp Butter, मक्खन

¼ tsp Sugar, चीनी

1 tbsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

 

For Chicken  Balls

250 gms Chicken, mince, चिकन

½ cup White bread crumb,  ब्रेड क्रंब्स

Salt to taste,  नमक स्वादअनुसार

1 ½ heaped tbsp Prepared masala, तैयार किया हुआ मसाला

1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

¼ tsp Garam masala, गरम मसाला

1 tbsp Poha powder, पोहा पाउडर

2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्त  कटा हुआ

 

Oil for frying, तेल

 

For Butter Chicken Balls

1 tbsp Butter, मक्खन

1 tbsp fresh Cream,  मलाई

1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped, धनिया पत्त  कटा हुआ

Fried chicken balls, चिकन बॉल्स

For Sauce

1 tbsp Butter,  मक्खन

⅓ cup Prepared gravy, तैयार की हुई ग्रेवी

 

Process

For Sauce

  • In a thick bottom pan, add butter, oil, ginger, green chilli, onion, salt to taste, degi red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute it well.
  • Add tomato and little water and cook on medium flame.
  • Add dry fenugreek leaves and mix well. Remove spoonfull prepared masala and keep it aside for further use.
  • In the remaining masala, add cashew nut, tomato ketchup, butter, sugar, degi red chilli powder and mix everything well.
  • Once it’s cool down, blend it into a smooth puree. Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Chicken Balls

  • In a large bowl, add chicken mince, white bread crumb, salt to taste, prepared masala, degi red chilli powder, garam masala, poha powder, coriander leaves and mix everything well.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and in meanwhile make bite size balls from the mixture and deep fry them in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove on an absorbent paper and then serve them with prepared gravy.

 

For Butter Chicken Balls

  • In a pan, add butter, let it melt, add fried chicken balls, fresh cream, coriander leaves and saute it well.

 

For Sauce

  • In a pan, add butter, let it melt and add the prepared gravy and mix well.
