Fresh/frozen blueberries

2 cups Greek/plain hung yoghurt, chilled

2 tbsps Mini dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup Oats Granola/Muesli

2 tbsps Walnuts, chopped

10 to 12 Fresh mint leaves, to garnish



  1. Arrange a spoonful of blueberries into each parfait glass.
  2. Add a spoonful of the Greek or normal hung yoghurt, followed by the oats granola/Muesli, 1 tsp of chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  3. Add another layer of the berries, yoghurt, chocolate, walnuts, and granola. Repeat with other glasses as well.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and some blueberries. Serve immediately.

Note: One can add in other seasonal fruits as well.
