- 4-5 plain doughnuts cut into half
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 avocado, mashed
- 1 tbsp Powdered almond
- A pinch cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp red peppercorn, crushed
- Add avocado, almond powder, maple syrup, cinnamon powder into mixing bowl and mash well.
- In pan add olive oil and toast doughnut until it turn crisp and golden in color.
- Spread the avocado mixture onto doughnut and sprinkle red peppercorn on top.
