Atte Ka Halwa

Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 40 minutes | Servings: 2


¼ Cup Ghee

¾ Cup Wheat Flour

½ Cup Water

½ Cup Sugar

1 tbsp Almonds, chopped

1 tbsp Pistachios, chopped


  • Heat ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and cook on low flame for good 15-20 mins or till fat separates.
  • Then add water and cook till all the water is absorbed.
  • Add sugar and cook for few more minutes.
  • Lastly add almonds and pistachios and turn off the flame.
  • Serve hot or cold.
