Anar Ka Sherbat

4 Pomegranates, peeled and deseeded

1 cup sugar

½ cup Water

1 tbsp Lemon juice

2 tsp Black salt

5-6 Ice cubes


  • Blend the pomegranate and sieve. Secure the juice and refrigerate it.
  • Meanwhile make sugar syrup by cooking sugar and water together. Once it reaches one string consistency turn off the flame and add in lemon juice and pomegranate. Mix and refrigerate it.
  • While serving, take 2-3 tbsp of the prepared concentrated syrup and add a glass of cold water to it.
  • Add in black salt and ice cubes and mix and serve chilled.
