Ingredients

First Marinate

500 gms Fish Fillet , sliced, फिश फिलेट

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट

½ Lime Juice,  नींबू का रस

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

1 tsp Kasuri Methi, Crushed, कसूरी मेथी

1 tbsp Mustard Oil, सरसों का तेल

 

Second Marinate

1 tsp Degi Mirch Powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

½ tsp Carom Seeds, अजवाइन

1 tbsp Rice Flour, चावल का आटा

2 tbsp Gram Flour, बेसन

2 tbsp Curd, दही

Oil for frying, तेल

 

For Garnish

Onion Rings, प्याज के छल्ले

Lemon Wedge, नींबू

Coriander Sprig, धनिया पत्ता

Process

For Marination

  • In a mixing bowl, add fish sliced, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt to taste, kasuri methi, mustard oil, mix everything well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

 

For second Marination

  • In the same bowl, add degi mirch powder, carom seeds, rice flour, gram flour, curd, mix everything well and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, once it’s hot deep fry the marinated fish till nicely done.
  • Garnish it with onion rings, lemon wedge, coriander sprig and serve hot.
