Achaari Paneer Tikka with Grilled Watermelon

500 gms Paneer, cut into 1 inch cubes

2-3 tbsp nimboo achaar masala

10-12 Cherry tomatoes

1 cup capsicum

1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

1 tbsp oil

10-12 bamboo skewers


  • Marinate paneer and capsicum with nimboo achaar masala and keep aside for 30 minutes. Arrange them onto skewers.
  • Heat oil in pan and grill it for 3 minutes each side on medium flame.
  • Remove and serve immediately.

Grilled Watermelon


½ Watermelon, seedless, peeled

1 cup apple juice

1 tsp olive oil

¼ cup feta cheese


  • Marinate watermelon into apple sauce juice and slice it. Grill it on pan until get grill marks. Top it up with crumbled feta cheese.
