Tofu Spinach Scrambled Crisp


For Filling :
• Olive Oil: 1 tsp
• Chopped Garlic: 2 cloves
• Sliced fresh Mushrooms:Ύ cup
• Chopped Tomato: 4 tsp
• Salt- As per taste
• Crushed black pepper – As per taste
• Grated Tofu:1 cup
• Spinach leaves:8- 10 leaves
• Soy sauce: ½ tsp
• Lemon juice:2 tsp

For Dough:
• Flour: 1 cup
• Salt – As Required
• Olive Oil:1 tsp

For Tomato Salad :
• 1 Orange
• 1 Tomato
• Spinach leaves – As per Required

Tofu Spinach Scrambled Crisp Method:

Filling Process
• Heat Olive Oil in a pan
• Add chopped garlic and sliced mushrooms and sautι
• Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper and sautι
• Grate the tofu and add it to mixture
• Take spinach leaves and add it to the mixture
• Add soy sauce and lemon juice and let it cook for 5 – 7 mins
• Once the mixture is ready let it cool for a while.

Dough Process
• Take a bowl and add flour, salt, water and knead it
• Add olive oil and knead it well. Let it rest for 5 – 10 mins
• Make round balls out of the dough, roll it like a chapatti.
• Cut the sides, make a square shape out of the dough sheet
• Add filling in the dough sheet, seal the sides of the sheet using water
• Heat the pan with oil and place it on the pan, sear till its crisp from both the sides.
• Once it turns golden brown from both the sides, Tofu Spinach Scrambled Crisp is ready to eat.

Salad Process
• Take an orange and cut it into wedges.
• Place the orange wedges in a bowl; add tomato wedges, spinach leaves, salt and black pepper.
• Now add olive oil, lemon juice and toss it slightly
• Serve it with Tofu Spinach Scrambled Crisp
