Tofu Mango Pudding


Ingredients:

• 1 cup silken tofu
• Ό cup mango pulp
• 2 tbsp honey
• ½ tsp cinnamon powder

For garnish :
• 2 mango slices
• 3 cherries
• 1 sprig mint

Procedure:
• In a blender add silken tofu, mango pulp, honey, cinnamon powder, chopped ginger and blend well.
• Remove in a glass and keep in the fridge for 40 to 50 minutes to set.
• To garnish chop the mango slices. Garnish Tofu Mango Pudding with mango slices, cherries and mint
